Strategy through execution.

Every engagement starts with a written strategy. From there, we take on as much of the work as you need, and we do it alongside you.

Strategy through execution.

Every engagement starts with strategy. From there, we take on as much of the work as you need, and we do it alongside you.

  • Strategic planning

Board-ready strategic plans, three-year forecasts and governance frameworks that give everyone a clear direction.

    Where we start
  • The right way to give

A private foundation, a 501(c)(3), a donor-advised fund or a partnership with an established nonprofit. We don't push one model. We work with you and your team to find the best fit, then set it up hand in hand with legal and financial experts, from your camp or ours.

    Set up
  • Board recruitment and development

We find, recruit and prepare board members who bring the right skills, networks and commitment.

    Govern
  • Program design and curriculum

Youth programs, community activations and curricula built around real community needs, with outcomes we track from the start.

    Impact
  • Fundraising and resource development

We help you decide when to start raising money and how. We're realistic about where your organization is today and where it's headed, and we build a mix of grants, sponsors and donors that fits.

    Resources
  • Event production and sponsorship

From concept through execution: budgeting, sponsor prospectus and day-of production. Every event has a purpose beyond the night itself.

    Produce
  • Partnerships and corporate outreach

We identify the right partners, build the pitch and manage the relationship so it grows year after year.

    Connect
  • Communications

We work with you to make sure the work you're doing is seen, across your website, social media, press and partner channels.

    Tell
  • Financial modeling and forecasting

Multi-year budgets, revenue diversification and expense tracking, so every decision is based on real numbers.

Community driven

We start with the neighborhood.

Before we design a program, we look at who lives there, what they need and who is already doing good work. Then we build with those partners instead of around them.

  • Needs first. Community needs assessments that line up with city programs and local data.
  • Vetted local partners. Schools, nonprofits, government agencies and community leaders, each one vetted before we work together.
  • Barriers removed. We plan for transportation, timing and access, so the families a program is built for can actually take part.

Data driven

We measure what matters.

Funders and boards want proof. We use the same tools established nonprofits use, scaled to fit your organization, so every dollar and hour can be tracked to an outcome.

  • Environmental scans. PESTEL analysis and public data on the issue and the community, so programs target real gaps.
  • Balanced Scorecard. Goals, measures and targets across programs, funding, operations and people.
  • Multi-year forecasts. Multi-year financial models so growth is planned, not hoped for.
  • Post-event surveys and recaps. Attendance, feedback and results sponsors can share.
